Cultural information: This is a very colorful Croton with narrow, twisted leaves.
Place your Croton "Mamey" in either direct filtered light or early morning or late day sunshine to maintain it's bright coloration. Allow the soils surface to dry to the touch on 3", 4" and 6" containers before watering. Let the soil dry down 2" to 3" from the surface on larger plants. Feed bi-monthly with a balanced liquid fertilizer. Spider mites can be attracted to this brightly colored plant... keep an eye out for them.
