PowWow Wild Berry Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea 'PAS702917')

This Echinacea is a perennial that will bloom the first year from seed, although you'll need to start it early. The flowers are supposed to keep their intense color longer. If you've grown any of the newer hot colored coneflowers, you know they tend to fade as they age. 'PowWow Wild Berry' has branches from the base, so you should get more flowers per plant without a lot of pinching. In fact, they claim it will continue blooming even without deadheading.
