Large, double blooms of powdered lavender with a lacy center resemble Anemones, but the abundant production and quick, strong growth of this hardy shrub is pure Hibiscus! From June through October, Lavender Chiffon bears successive masses of 3-to 4-inch blooms on handsome shrubs 6 to 8 feet tall and 5 feet wide.
